Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital embroidery files and embroidery fonts delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

• the downloaded file is corrupted,
• the file is incomplete,
• the wrong product was delivered,
• the file cannot be accessed or downloaded.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that your embroidery machine and software support the file formats provided before purchasing.
